By agreeing to purchase a deal on this Website “WEST COAST DAILY DEALS” the agreement is between you, the consumer, and the company: WEST COAST DAILY DEALS. WEST COAST DAILY DEALS considers this transaction to have been made by you (the buyer) of your own free will. Once the transaction is complete you, the deal-holder, are free to use the deal or give the deal to a friend or family member. This deal or voucher code may not be reproduced, sold and it has no cash value. The voucher code, once issued, will be honoured by the vendor, provided the code / voucher is redeemed within the time-frame cited in the provisions of the deal itself. If the deal expires prior to your being able to access it the vendor will not be able to use the voucher code but will honour the cash value of the deal. The cash value of the purchase never expires even if the specific deal lapses. If you are unable to redeem your voucher for reasons beyond the control of WEST COAST DAILY DEALS or the vendor then you may choose to give the deal to another person. If you purchased a deal which was in error or in some way unintentional or for any other reason you do not wish to proceed with the deal you must send an email with the subject PLEASE ISSUE REFUND to: firstname.lastname@example.org within 36 hours from the time of initial deal payment for the deal in question. Please note if the voucher code is redeemed no refund can be issued.
